Delivery Policy
Everything you need to know about delivery charges, shipping times, and order tracking for the Ecobrite online shop.
Delivery Options & Times
1. Standard Delivery
Delivery is fulfilled on working days (Monday to Friday). Orders usually ship within 1-2 working days depending on payment confirmation, your selected address, and warehouse availability.
2. Next Working Day Delivery
To receive your order the next working day, we require your Order Payment Confirmation by 16:00 GMT, Monday to Friday. Please refer to the timings below to see when your item will arrive:
3. Scheduled Delivery
When available, delivery options will allow you to choose a scheduled delivery method, such as Home Delivery or Pickup Point Service. Applicable delivery costs will be shown at checkout and on your Order Confirmation.
Delivery Information & Locations
- UK Only: Orders can be delivered only within the United Kingdom (excluding Jersey, Guernsey, and Isle of Man). We do not currently support cross-border delivery.
- Signatures: The product(s) will be delivered to the address you specify. A signature may be required to receive your item.
- Business Addresses: If delivering to a business, the carrier will deliver to a mailroom or delivery point and request a signature from the supervisor there. They do not require a signature specific to the order recipient.
- Concierge Services: For home addresses with a reception or concierge service, the carrier will deliver to the concierge, who can sign for it provided they have a fixed location in the building.
- Accuracy Matters: Incorrectly entering your data or selecting a delivery option where you will not be available may cause delays or a missed delivery.
Tracking & Changing Your Order
Tracking Delivery
For carrier deliveries, you can track your order status at any time via the online Order Status. On your Account page, you can view ordered items, see estimated dispatch/delivery times, and track the physical delivery.
Changing the Address
Once an order is prepared for dispatch or dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery address. If the order is with the carrier, contact them directly to amend it where possible. If you haven't received a dispatch email yet, please contact our Customer Service immediately.
Issues with Your Delivery
Missed a delivery?
If no one is available at the time of delivery, a note will be left advising you whether your order was left in a safe place (such as with a neighbour) or if you need to contact the carrier to arrange a new delivery time.
Late deliveries
If the estimated delivery date in your dispatch email has passed and you haven't received your parcel, contact our Customer Service. We will investigate with the carrier and strive to deliver your order ASAP. (You may be required to complete a missing shipment declaration).
Damaged orders
If your item is visibly damaged upon receipt, you can refuse the delivery. If you only discover damage after receiving it, please call us immediately. We will contact the delivery service directly to resolve the issue quickly and arrange a replacement.
