We make every effort to display the colors, specifications, and dimensions of our LED products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the true color or scale of the physical items.

Installation Requirements:

• All electrical products must be installed by a UK-qualified electrician. Failure to do so will void any manufacturer warranty.
• Ecobrite Limited accepts no liability for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation or the use of unqualified personnel.
• In the event of a warranty claim, you will be required to provide the certificate or invoice from the qualified electrician who performed the installation.

• All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT at the current applicable rate, unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. However, changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and dispatched.
• Payment for all goods must be made in full before dispatch. We accept major credit/debit cards and secure online payment methods.
• In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will issue a full refund.

We aim to dispatch all standard orders for next-day delivery, subject to courier availability and stock levels. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Ecobrite Limited shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, or expenses incurred by the customer due to delayed delivery.

The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect all goods immediately upon receipt and notify us within 24 hours of any transit damage.
